Owner Doug Trabel has been a local insurance agent in the area since 2001. In 2010, his wife Debi joined him and they formed their own agency with other partners. Beginning in 2019, they opened their very own agency, Riverside Insurance, truly becoming an independent insurance agency. Together, Riverside Insurance has come a long way from its beginnings in Bright, IN. When we first started out, our passion for helping our friends and neighbors navigate the best possible products and solutions to suit their insurance needs drove us to start our own business.

We have 2 children, Josh and Josie, who keep us busy as well. This is truly a local family business, that lives where you live, offering the best products from several of the top national insurance carriers such as Safeco, Western Reserve Group, Progressive, Wolverine Mutual, and State Auto to mention a few.
